How To Submit A Ticket?

If you need to submit a ticket, please create a  Account. You must be logged in to your account to access Support menu. Once logged in, you can click on “Add New Ticket” to send us your request.

Gathering specific information can help us gain some insight into the issues you need help resolving. To do so here’s a basic guide of what information we’re looking for:

  1. Subject : fill the subject issue 
  2. Categories : choose categories will you contact (Billing, General, Marketing, or Technical)
  3. Priority : choose level urgently (Low, Normal, Elevated, High, or Critical)
  4. Problem description : you can explain detail issue here
  5. Attachement : you can attachment screenshot if needed
  6. Click Submit new ticket button
